All our Purchases are sent by Registered post with Australia Post. There is a small handling charge of 50 cents charged on every purchase.

For International Post all purchase are sent by Airmail. Could all overseas customers please use paypal as it is the most convenient and cost effective way of sending money Internationally.

All Prices are in Australian Dollars.

Replacements are done by prior arrangement only. If your purchase arrives broken, please ring or email us to arrange replacement. Photo evidence of the breakage is needed before a replacement will be sent. You will also need to approach Australia Post for claims for breakage. This must be done within 4 days of Purchase arriving.

There are NO returns. Please make sure that you what you are purchasing is the Item that you want. Once Items have your photos on them they cannot be resold, so please make sure the proofs are totally correct when you choose.

Postage Times

Postage times may vary by a few days.

For Postage to the Eastern States eg. Queensland, New South Wales & Victoria, please allow 5 days for the purchase to arrive, before contacting us.

For Postage to Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory and South Australia, please allow up to 10 days for Packages to arrive.

For International Customers, normally Postage is faster than that in Australia. However, at different times of the year this may change. Please allow at least 2 weeks for Delivery.
